Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

Around 02:20 on February 21, 2015, the Defendant sought a criminal charge and a watchkeeping room of the 6668 Incheon Southern East-dong Police Station as of South-dong, Incheon.
