A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Around August 21, 201, the Defendant, along with B, received a traffic accident report at the call center of the victim Hansung Co., Ltd. Co., Ltd., Ltd. 2. On August 27, 201, the Defendant, along with I, J, K, etc., received a traffic accident “On the part of the victim’s call center at the victim’s non-life insurance company (hereinafter “NL”) that: (a) driven by I on the road front of the Songpa-gu L station near M (20:10), around 20:10 on the same day; (b) the NLS car driven by I, while driving by A, J, K, etc.; and (c) the Defendant moved back to the front of the OM taxi vehicle in front of the Songpa-gu L station.”
However, the above traffic accident is a traffic accident that causes some of the accidents in collusion with each other, "A person who will receive insurance proceeds by dividing it into a damaged vehicle and creating a traffic accident in which a damaged vehicle conceals the damaged vehicle."
The Defendant, together with I, J, and K, deceiving the victim company by accepting the insurance as if it was a traffic accident that occurred by the occurrence of a part of the traffic accident as seen above, and accordingly, claims the victim company to pay the insurance proceeds.
