Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

Where the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall forge, alter or unlawfully use a motor vehicle registration number plate.

On February 29, 2016, at around 11:29, the Defendant operated an option car with an automobile registration number attached to a “C” ALERO car in the name of the Defendant in the vicinity of the Olympic intersection located in the Ma-dong, Busan, Busan, and used the automobile registration number unlawfully.
