A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Seized evidence 3 through 5 shall be confiscated from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who actually operates “D” in which the Seo-gu Busan apartment market imports and sells camping supplies, etc. from China from China, and “D” is a person who is in charge of practical affairs while working as the head of the business division of “D”.

The Defendant imported forged camping items from the above E and China, and conspired to sell them as well as to sell them.

1. Fraud;

A. On March 8, 2012, the Defendant, along with the above E, told the victim F to the above “D” office that “I will import and bring about 600 boxes for TPPX camping out in China from USD 100 per unit to USD 100 per unit.”

However, the defendant et al. thought that the defendant et al. imported counterfeited TPPX camping boat which is not a good in China.

Around March 9, 2012, the Defendant conspired with the above E and received KRW 20,000,000 from the victim to the national bank account in the name of G around March 9, 2012 as contract deposit.

B. Around June 2012, the Defendant, along with the foregoing E, called “D” office, to the victim H, and falsely read “I will bring 100 1,50,000 won per unit to 18,50,000 won of TPPE.”

However, the defendant et al. did not have the intention or ability to import the TPPY ship in China.

Around July 6, 2012, the Defendant conspired with the above E and received 12,50,000 won from the victim to the above E’s account under the name of contract deposit.

C. On July 2012, the Defendant, along with the foregoing E, phoneed the victim H at the above “D office” office, and falsely stated, “IZO Mag-wing bed for the camping of the United States, imported from China, with KRW 25,000 per one turn on an emergency warning day, and with KRW 25,000,000, 100,000.”

However, the facts are that the defendant et al. shall deliver the victim a forged Z UNO wing wall for the camping.
