1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.

(a) deliver real estate listed in Appendix 1, 2, and 4;

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. On December 21, 2010, the Plaintiff entered the real estate lease agreement No. 5 as the Defendant’s representative director C, but the fact that the Defendant is a lessee is no dispute between the parties. The real estate of paragraph (1) of the attached Table (hereinafter “instant land”).

(F) The instant lease agreement is concluded on the grounds that the second Defendant’s delinquency in payment of rent, April, 2018, 201, including KRW 20 million in total, from January, 2013, August, August, September, 2014, May, 2014, September, October, 2016, March, April, April, June, June, 6, September, 9, October, 2017, October, October, 2018, January, April, August, 208, October, October, 10, October, November, 11, 11, December, 2019; and January, 4.8, January, 2019, respectively.
