1. The Plaintiff was dispatched to the employee of dial-a-a-the-counter corporation and was engaged in B-related drawings and computer work. On November 27, 2014, at around 15:05, the Plaintiff was diagnosed as “the instant injury and disease” (hereinafter referred to as “the instant injury and disease”) at the Busan White Hospital, for the Plaintiff’s appeal for the rest at the break.

On December 24, 2014, the Plaintiff filed an application for medical care benefits for the instant injury and disease with the Defendant. On March 26, 2015, the Defendant rendered a disposition of non-approval of the Plaintiff’s application for medical care benefits (hereinafter “instant disposition”).

2. Whether the disposition is lawful;

A. The Plaintiff’s assertion that there is a proximate causal relation between the Plaintiff’s occupational duties, as the instant injury and stress occurred due to occupational excess or aggravation of existing diseases beyond natural progress, and thus, the instant disposition that took place differently from this is unlawful.

B. On November 3, 2000, the Plaintiff entered the ddial-a- incorporation corporation, and dispatched treatment shipbuilding and marine company, and performed B-related drawings and computer work at the treatment shipbuilding C division.

The plaintiff's main business is to correct errors such as inconsistencys with the installation drawings prior to the implementation of melting work by using personal computers so that B can be conducted without interruptions with the installation drawings, and if it is impossible to work as the installation drawings or if the request for information correction is entered at the work site due to reasons such as omissions in the installation drawings, the revised information is entered in consultation with the design manager, and the detailed information is entered after the implementation of melting work.
