1. The summary of the facts charged is the representative director of the F Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “F”) located in Gyeonggi-gu, Gyeonggi-gu, Gyeonggi-gu, Gyeonggi-do (hereinafter referred to as “F”), who is actually operating the said company from the time of its establishment on January 23, 2007.

F On November 28, 2012, in relation to Samsung Heavy Industries Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Samsung Heavy Co., Ltd.)'s local G G G projects in China, F was a transaction of supplying an exclusive blocking machine manufactured by the victim Hyundai Heavy Industries Co., Ltd.
