A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

B and name-free boxes (hereinafter “B”) conspired to commit an unregistered exchange crime of selling foreign exchange (red red bean) price by exchanging USD 1 through 2% of the difference in the purchase price to each person’s own capital, as a person who, in addition to the capital collected by “B” as a person who carries out a land substitution business to make payment and receipt between the Republic of Korea’s won and the Chinese Red bean, for whom a certain fee is paid and received between the casino gambling and the Chinese Republic of Korea’s won and the Chinese Red bean.
Any person who intends to engage in foreign exchange business shall be equipped with sufficient capital, facilities and human resources and register with the Minister of Finance and Economy.
1. On September 23, 2013, the Defendant: (a) received 45,00,000 won from the person requesting the use of the national bank account in the name of the Republic of Makao, a Special Self-Governing Gu of the Republic of Makao, which is the Republic of Mago, from the person requesting the use of the bank account in the name of the Republic of Ma to the refund account; and (b) paid 2,301,654,00 won in total over 216 times from September 23, 2013 to September 9, 2014 as shown in attached Table 1.
2. On September 23, 2013, the Defendant: (a) received USD 1,00 from a person who requests the use of a national bank account in the name of the bank account in the name of the Republic of Korea that wants to transfer from Mara to Korea using the bank account in the place specified in the “1” paragraph; and (b) transferred KRW 1,00,000 won to the account designated by the requesting person; and (c) received KRW 4,246,412,100 from Sep. 23, 2013 to Sept. 15, 2014, and received KRW 426 times in total from Sep. 23, 2013 to Sept. 15, 2014.
