A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for seven years.

The defendant shall pay 652,525,000 won to the applicant for compensation by deceit.

3.2

Punishment of the crime

1. On February 2013, 2013, the Defendant made a false statement to the victim D, stating that “If the Defendant was punished by reporting the 2.5 million foot to the 2.5 million won foot book on the F, which is the E private placement, and the 5 million foot book on the eth, even though the Defendant did not have any guidance together with E’s wife, it would be greater to the following.”

From February 15 to February 4, 2014, the Defendant received 2.5 million won in total from the victim to the Agricultural Cooperative Account in the name of the Defendant and acquired 35 million won in total from 14 times every month during the period from February 15 to February 4, 2014.

2. On April 2013, the Defendant, at the Defendant’s house located in the Hamnan-gun of Hamnan, around early 2013, expressed that “The President (I) attempted many people who want to be elected, and made two times within six months if he/she made an investment to the President. If 200 million won is invested, 30 million won will be created within six months,” and made recommendations for investment.

The Defendant received KRW 70 million from the victim on April 4, 2013, and KRW 130 million on April 9, 2013 from the victim, respectively, and acquired KRW 200 million through the said agricultural bank account.

3. On May 1, 2013, at the Saemban-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-do, Saembun, the following false statements were made: “The Defendant, as in 2.2., had already been believed to be a friendly company with I, sent to the Defendant “I, by a few names, sent to Naembi, and I. He made the last amount of money to be invested before Nbibibibibiing E in February of the year, and Nbibibien made the last amount of money to be invested, with the amount of money sold to Nbibibibibibiiiiiiiiiiiated in the front and the amount of money in the front and the last amount of money being invested to 1 billion won.”

On May 15, 2013, the Defendant received KRW 310 million from the victim to the said Agricultural Cooperative Account, and acquired it by fraud.
