Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On February 2, 2018, while the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol content of 0.219% in blood, the Defendant driven a vehicle of approximately 1.3km in the distance of approximately 1.3km in Seoul Jung-gu from around 901 to the street in front of 796, Jung-gu, Seoul.
