Defendant

A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for eight months and by imprisonment for four months.

However, this judgment is delivered against Defendant B.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant A, as the representative of F Co., Ltd., a building company, completed an officetel on the instant land at around February 2016 under the name of Sinnam-gun G, Gyeonggi-gun, etc. (hereinafter “instant land”), and requested H to issue a certificate of his/her seal impression to approve the use of the instant land. However, Defendant A, as the representative of F Co., Ltd., a building company, requested H to resolve the tax issues, etc. arising from the instant land development, and refused it, there was a dispute between the wife, such as Defendant B, the head, and the victim I, the H and the head, and the head, who were the victims of the instant land.

1. Defendant A

A. At around 10:00 on February 25, 2016, Defendant B: (a) was placed in the Defendant’s house above; (b) was placed in the Defendant’s house as above due to the cooperation between the victim A (49 tax) and the approval of the use of the instant land; and (c) was placed in the Defendant’s house, and “I am flicked by
