A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal power] On April 7, 2005, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 2 million for larceny at the Seoul Central District Court; on August 24, 2006, the Seoul Northern District Court issued a summary order of KRW 500,000,000 as a fine for larceny; on January 20, 2009, the summary order of KRW 1,00,000 as a fine for larceny was issued from the Jung Government District Court; on April 9, 2013, the summary order of KRW 1,00,000 as a fine for the same crime was issued in the same court; and on April 17, 2014, the same court received the summary order of KRW 1,00,000 as a fine for the same crime, respectively.

【Criminal Facts】

1. From June 2015, the Defendant: (a) committed larceny, on June 2015, at the D 5th floor of the D 1st century, which was located in the 29,000 won of the market price, one half of the “F” amounting to 48,000 won of the market price; and (b) one half of the “G” amounting to 77,000 won of the market price.

2. On July 12, 2015, around July 12, 2015, the Defendant: (a) committed larceny, around July 12, 2015, from the 14th floor clothes store located in Seongbuk-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government H, the victim J, who is an employee of the store, was stolen by taking one point of “K” equivalent to KRW 218,00 in the market price.

3. From July 14, 2015, around 15:00 on July 14, 2015, the Defendant stolen the victim N, an employee of store, at M new storage outlet located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, by taking advantage of the gap in which the surveillance of the victim N, an employee of store, was neglected, at around 15:00 on July 14, 2015.

On July 14, 2015, around 16:00 on July 14, 2015, around 16:00 on July 14, 2015, the Defendant stolen the gap of the victim P, an employee of the store, in the I fourth floor store located in Seongbuk-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government H, resulting in a theft of one another equivalent to KRW 39,200 of the market value.

Accordingly, the Defendant habitually stolen another person's property worth 553,200 won in total over four times in total.
