Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 7, 2012, the Defendant, at around 09:20 on October 7, 2012, the Defendant, while drunk at “J restaurant” located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government I, took a bath to K who is a customer without any justifiable reason, and assaulted the victim by taking the victim’s face at least twice in the hands of the horse at the time when he/she took the time.

2. Around 09:40 on October 7, 2012, the Defendant was arrested as a flagrant offender under the foregoing suspicion, and publicly insulting the victim’s victim’s victim, a police officer, on the part of the Seoul Gangnam-gu Seoul Gangnam-gu Police Station Nwits that were in the police box, Gangnam-gu Seoul, for the purpose of openly insulting the victim.
