1. The Defendant’s ground for termination of title trust on October 21, 2015 with respect to the motor vehicles listed in the separate sheet from the Plaintiff.

1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and

2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act);

3. The statutory interest rate of 15% per annum shall apply from October 1, 2015, as the partial dismissal of the portion was amended by the Regulations on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings. As such, a claim for damages for delay in excess of the statutory interest rate is groundless.
