1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 25,60,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from October 23, 2015 to the day of full payment.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act);
3. The statutory interest rate of 15% per annum shall apply from October 1, 2015, as the partial dismissal of the portion was amended by the Regulations on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings. As such, a claim for damages for delay in excess of the statutory interest rate is groundless.
