Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

On July 29, 2018, at the center of the first floor of the C Hospital located in Busan District, Busan District, the Defendant assaulted the victim D (40 years of age) who is a security personnel of the hospital while taking a bath to the victim, who is a security personnel of the hospital, with the victim’s inside and outside of the hospital, putting the victim a drinking to the part of the body of the victim, and putting the shoulder of the victim into the scke.
