Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendant
A is a person who engages in waste collection and transportation business under the trade name of “J”; Defendant B is a person who engages in waste collection and transportation business; Defendant C is a person who engages in waste collection and transportation business under the trade name of “K”; Defendant C is a “L”; Defendant C is a “M”; Defendant E is a “N”; Defendant F is a “O”; Defendant G is a “P”; and Defendant H is a person who engages in waste collection and transportation business.”
Any person who intends to engage in a waste disposal business, such as waste collection and transportation business, shall obtain permission from the Minister of Environment or the Mayor/Do Governor.
1. From February 2009 to February 12, 2013, the Defendant supplied approximately 350 won of the animal residues (maintenance) to the “new food, etc. of the feed chain,” which is a business operator collecting and transporting wastes from B, C, D, E, F, G, H, etc., by installing a stringer and a valley, etc. at the same time, Defendant A supplied approximately 300 won of the animal residues (maintenance) to the “new food, etc. of the feed chain,” which is a business operator manufacturing feed industry.
Accordingly, the Defendant engaged in waste collection and transportation business without permission from the competent authorities.
2. From April 201 to January 17, 2013, Defendant B collected animal residues, such as swine, from the trade name of “K” between around April 201 to around January 17, 201, and from the static point, etc. of Seoul, Incheon, and Seocheon-do, the Defendant supplied approximately KRW 300 per kg.
Accordingly, the Defendant engaged in waste collection and transportation business without permission from the competent authorities.

8. From the trade name of “L” up to 30.30 to the end of 30.30 square meters, using T-1 ton cargo vehicles collected animal residues, such as swine fats, from the fat points of Seoul, Incheon, and Seocheon-do, etc., and supplied them to the above “J” for about KRW 300 per 1 km.
Accordingly, the Defendant engaged in waste collection and transportation business without permission from the competent authorities.
