1. Defendant F shall:

A. As to Plaintiff B’s KRW 28,412,57 and each of the said money to Plaintiff C and D, respectively.

Basic facts A, Plaintiff B, and Plaintiff E were sold in lots with H large 1845.9m2 in Siri-si, and were engaged in a business to build an I commercial building on the said land (hereinafter “instant business”).

Defendant F is a certified judicial scrivener who operates the "Certified Judicial Scriveners F Office" (hereinafter referred to as the "Certified Judicial Scriveners Office") in Michuhol-gu, Incheon, and K is a person who has served as a certified judicial scrivener office.

Defendant G Cooperatives (hereinafter “Defendant G Cooperatives”) granted loans of KRW 5 billion to Plaintiff E on October 10, 2016 and January 31, 2017, respectively, in relation to the instant business.

K's tort A, Plaintiff B, and E delegated Defendant F with all business affairs, such as preservation of ownership and banking loans, transfer of ownership to the general public, and remainder loans, after completion of the building related to the instant business. K delegated the pertinent business affairs.

K was sentenced to three years of imprisonment with prison labor for the following crimes by December 17, 2019 by the Incheon District Court.

1. The Defendant in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Economic Crimes (Embezzlement) is the victim A’s name M Union account (Account Number:O) and less than the M Union account in the name of the victim N for the purpose of the above loan and registration in the G Union located in the Dong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City L around October 2016.

The passbook connected to A shall be opened, and around that time, from the staff in charge at the head office of the Q Association located in Bupyeong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City P, the R Association account (Account Number: S) (hereinafter referred to as the " Q Association account") in the name of A.

The head of the Tong connected to the Dong shall be referred to as the “U Association account” in the name of A (Account Number: V) from the staff in charge at the U.S. head office in the same Gu T, and the “U Association account” in total shall be referred to as the “M Association account, Q Association account, and U.S. Association account.”

In the course of keeping the passbook connected to the passbook for business purposes, the W Association in the name of the defendant at will 6,000,000 won from the above M Association account on December 21, 2016.
