[Defendant A] The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a year and six months.

No. 1 to 18 of the seized evidence shall be charged to the defendant.

[Defendant B’s criminal records] The Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Commercial Act at the Gangnam Branch of the Chuncheon District Court on November 29, 201, and the sentence becomes final and conclusive on March 30, 2012. On January 24, 2013, the Seoul Central District Court sentenced two years of suspension of the execution of imprisonment with prison labor for a crime of fraud at the Seoul Central District Court for the same year.

1. “2016 Highest 3501”- Defendants A are the representatives of H apartment units 202, 312 (States) and (States)J in Yeonsu-gu Incheon city, and Defendant B is the representatives of L(States) in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, and 502, and Defendant C is the employees of the said State I and (States)J.

The Defendants: (a) develop a smartphone display system called “M” in which they can be exchanged in cash; (b) enter the nationwide game room as a franchise store; (c) receive subscription fees and fees from the operators of each game room; (d) by using the above “M” smartphone display system to customers who have completed the game, the Defendants deducted 10% of the amount corresponding to the game score from commission fees; and (e) deliver the corresponding amount to electronic currency; (c) by using the money exchange function, make the customers transfer cash excluding banking commission from the money equivalent to the above electronic currency to their own account; and (d) return the said commission to the operators of the relevant game room; and (e) Defendant B provided the said game room with L to facilitate exchange after developing and supplying the “M” smartphone display system to Defendant A; and (e) Defendant A entered into a contract with the said game shop with the said operators to operate the game room and to explain some of the above amount to Defendant B and the above method of distribution to the said operators.
