A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 15, 2020, the Defendant: (a) around 00:20 on October 15, 2020, around 1st 1st YYY 920 YYYY YYYYYYYYY YYYYYYY YYYYYYYYY YYYYYYYY YYYYYYYYYY YYYYYYYYYY YYYYYYYY YYYYYYYYYYY YYYYYYYY YYYYYYYYYY YYYYYYYY YYYYY

On October 16, 2020, the Defendant: (a) around 03:45, the victim E operated in Gwangju-si; (b) as if the Defendant had no intent or ability to pay the food cost, he would normally pay the food cost; and (c) as if the Defendant had not received the food cost of 18,000 won from the said victim, he did not pay the said amount, and did not receive the food cost of 18,000 won, and did not pay it.

3. On October 16, 2020, the Defendant: “I” operated by the Victim H in Gwangju-si around 22:40 on October 16, 2020; “A” as if the Defendant had no intent or ability to pay the food cost, and would normally pay the food cost; and (b) was provided with the food cost equivalent to KRW 21,000 from the said damage with the Defendant’s share of 21,000, and did not pay the said cost, thereby acquiring

On October 17, 2020, the Defendant: “L” operated by the Victim K in Gwangju-siJ around 19:20 on October 17, 2020; (a) as if the Defendant had no intent or ability to pay food costs, he would normally pay food costs; and (b) as if the Defendant was provided with 15,000 won and 2 sick from the said damage, he did not pay the said amount, thereby acquiring economic benefits equivalent to the above amount.

5. On October 18, 2020, the Defendant: “O” operated by the Victim N in Gwangju-si around 15:50 on October 18, 2020; and the fact is as if the Defendant would normally pay the food cost in spite of no intent or ability to pay the food cost; and is equivalent to KRW 12,000 from the said damage.
