【Criminal Power】 On October 11, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for fraud, etc. at the Busan District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Busan Correctional Institution on September 12, 2013.
【Criminal Facts】
1.
