Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the representative of Seongdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government building B and D (oil).

No person who applies for a subsidy shall receive a subsidy by fraud or other improper means.

Around January 2019, the Defendant received fixed wages from E, F, G, H, I, J, and K as employees of the above company, and did not intend to pay any contribution fee, etc. in addition to the aforementioned performance, and thought that he/she used images and sound equipment owned by the Defendant in the above performance, and thus, did not think that he/she would receive a lease of images and sound equipment from L’s representative M, a equipment leasing company, by accessing the Internet site of the Arts Council of the Arts Council (www.koo.or.kr) to the public announcement of the recruitment of “N” providing cultural arts to the culturally alienated, while supporting the public announcement of the recruitment of business operators, he/she made a tour across the country from April 2019 to October 2019, and made an O performance over ten times.

In the event that a contract for contribution was concluded with E, F, G, H, I, J, and K to pay a contribution fee of KRW 205,487 to KRW 483,50 per performance, a false statement of contribution shall be made, and a false loan contract shall be made and submitted as if the contract was concluded with L representative M who is the equipment leasing company, and a false loan contract shall be made and submitted as shown in the list of crimes in the attached sheet of list of crimes.

4. From March 2 to October 4, 2019, the Korean Culture and Arts Promotion Fund was granted KRW 43,647,370 in total by unlawful means from the Korean Culture and Arts Committee’s meeting on nine occasions.
