According to the Land Survey Book drawn up with respect to Gyeonggi-gun Group B during the Japanese Occupation Period (Seoul-do 3 years), around March 15, 1914, the land of 2110 square meters prior to Macheon-si 3, D 201 square meters prior to Macheon-si 201 square meters, E Forest 88 square meters, F Forest 446 square meters, G 198 square meters prior to H, 128 square meters, I 22 square meters prior to J, 955 square meters prior to J, and 36 square meters of land of Macheon-gun 36 square meters was under circumstances at the time.

Around April 30, 1962, the 2110 square meters prior to C was divided into 6552 square meters prior to M, 208 square meters prior to N, and 215 square meters prior to O rivers (attached Form 1). E The registration of preservation of ownership in the name of the Defendant was completed on August 6, 1996 as to the land of 291 square meters of forest land E (paragraph 5 of the same list, hereinafter “instant 5”) and the registration of preservation of ownership in the name of the Defendant was completed on October 8, 1996 as to F forest land of 1474 square meters (hereinafter “instant 6 land”).
