A person shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not less than four months for a crime of No. 2 as stated in the judgment of the defendant, and imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

On January 11, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for six months for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Daejeon District Court on January 11, 201, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on January 19, 2013.

1. D, in collusion with E, the Defendant operated “D” on the third floor of the building located in Asan City from September 28, 2012 to October 2010 of the same year, and installed 80 marine outdoor game machine, which is a speculative electronic machine not classified by the Game Management Committee, and provided it to many unspecified customers, and let them put 10,000 won in the game machine, and let them enter the betting ticket, and then, if the item appeared and the points of which are distributed on the game screen, the Defendant carried out the speculative act using the game product and carried out the speculative act using the game machine, and at the same time, carried out the speculative act using the speculative electronic machine.

2.
