A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months and a fine of one hundred thousand won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 2, 2014, the Defendant: (a) driven a motor bicycle with a driver’s license on the front side of the Seo-Eup, Seo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government without a motorcycle driver’s license on March 11, 2014; (b) MX 125cc. without a license plate from the front side of the Seo-dong, Songpa-gu, Seoul, to the front road of about 4km 51-dong, Songpa-gu, Seoul.

2. No motor vehicle which is not covered by mandatory insurance in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act shall be operated on a road;

Nevertheless, the Defendant operated a MaXER 125C master car with no number plate that was not covered by mandatory insurance at the time and place mentioned in the foregoing paragraph (1).

Accordingly, the defendant operated a motor vehicle on a road which is not covered by mandatory insurance.

3. On March 2, 2014, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents, who is engaged in driving of the above MXE 125cc-wheeled Motor Vehicle, driven the above motor vehicle without a motorcycle driver’s license on March 11, 2014, and driving the front of the 51-lane 42, Songpa-gu Seoul, Seoul, at a speed of about 10 km from the right to the right from the right to the right to the right from the right to the right to the right to the right to the right to fire.
