1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 50,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from April 5, 2017 to the date of complete payment.

1. On July 12, 2013, the Defendant with the indication of the claim: (a) on July 12, 2013, one promissory note with the face value of KRW 50,00,000, the date of payment in Gwangju Metropolitan City, the date of publication, July 12, 2013, and Gwangju Metropolitan City as Gwangju Metropolitan City, with its signature and seal affixed thereto; and (b) issued the payee as the Plaintiff.

Therefore, the Plaintiff claims against the Defendant for the payment of KRW 50,000,000 as well as damages for delay due to the issuance of promissory notes.
