1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 290,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from May 25, 2018 to the date of full payment.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. On February 24, 2015, the Defendant issued a copy of a promissory note in Gwangju Metropolitan City as the addressee C, face value 290,000, at sight of the due date, at issue date, at February 24, 2015, and at issue date, at issue date and at issue date, and written a notarial deed of a bill to C on February 24, 2015.

B. C on November 30, 2016, transferred to the Plaintiff the Promissory Notes and notified the Defendant of the transfer on February 23, 2017.

2. According to the judgment and the facts of the above recognition, the Defendant is obligated to pay the above amount to the Plaintiff who received the claim for the bill in accordance with the method of transferring nominative claims.
