Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On July 27, 2018, at around 05:45, the Defendant, while taking a bath on the road traveling along Busan Southern-gu, Busan-gu, where he was under the influence of alcohol and received a report of 112, and doing so on the ground that he is bad to have her returned from the chief of the police box belonging to the Busan Southern-gu, Busan-gu, Police Station C commander of the Police Station: (a) assaulted the right hand of the said D at one time.

As a result, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officials in relation to 112 reporting affairs.
