Punishment of the crime

On February 2, 2018, at around 00:50, the Defendant, at the main point of “C” located in Suwon-gu, Busan, as a matter of drinking value, made a dispute with D, who is an employee of the said main point, and received the report, and subsequently called the victim F, a patroler belonging to the Busan Southern Police Station E zone in the Busan Southern Police Station, expressed the victim’s desire to “welves, swelves, and swelves,” and publicly insultd the victim under the circumstances where it is possible for many and unspecified persons, including the said D, to hear.
