및 부착명령 원인사실 [범죄사실] 피고인 겸 피부착명령청구자(이하 ‘피고인’이라 한다.)는 피해자 C(여, 12세)과 이웃 사이로서, 평소 피해자의 주거지 부근에 거주하면서 피해자의 집과 자주 왕래를 하고 피해자에게 붕어빵이나 과자 등을 사주고 용돈을 주며 환심을 샀으며, 이런 피해자가 피고인에게 경계심이 없어졌다는 것을 알고, 피해자를 추행, 간음하기로 마음먹었다.

1. B. On April 6, 2013, the Defendant sent text messages to the victim at the home of the above Defendant on April 6, 2013, and then sent the text messages to the victim.
