A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

"2016 Highest 3975"

1. On June 10, 2016, at around 09:20, the Defendant: (a) stolen the appearance of a female who deemed melting the sides of the 2nd female toilets of the building C in Namyang-si, Namyang-si; (b) then entered the toilets adjacent to the toilets where the melting sides was seen; and (c) stolen the D, which sees the balle of the balle and the balle on the back of the balle, with his hand over the balle, and d, which sees the balle from the upper side.

2. On July 21, 2016, at around 18:50, the Defendant: (a) taken the appearance of a woman, who is viewed as being melted, in light of G (name, 47 years old, and inn) into a toilet side of a toilet with a melting gate; and (b) added his/her hand in the toilet partitions.

3. On July 26, 2016, at around 12:50, the Defendant stolen the appearance of a female female who deemed melting the appearance of the I Hospital No. Ha, located in Namyang-si, Namyang-si, at around 12:50, and then stolen the appearance of J by pushing aheading a string (3:4cm) of a string (3:4cm) of a string in which J (19 years of age, n, n) had melted a toilet, and then was in possession of a string (3:4cm in width, n.e., width).

On July 28, 2016, at around 17:55, the Defendant entered the first floor female toilets of K (28 e.g., n.) with the first floor of K (28 e.g., n.), which had seen this mar, and then stolen the mar (3-4 m. on the street and vertical length) which had been held in a space below the lower space in a way to view the marc of K as a marc.

Accordingly, the defendant intruded on women's toilets, which are buildings managed by others.

On February 8, 2017, the Defendant, around 19:35 on 19:35 on 2017, the 2017 senior group 1285, followed by the “F” managed by the Victim L(F) L(F) located in Namyang-si, Namyang-si, and then stolen the appearance of a woman who is viewed as melting the me, and entered the first column of the said woman’s toilet.

Accordingly, the defendant intruded into a female toilet, which is a building managed by others.
