Punishment of the crime

On June 16, 2018, the Defendant driven a 500-meter B car from the day before a restaurant, where the trade name in the Gwangju Northerndong cannot be known, at around 0.075% alcohol level among blood transfusions, to the front day of an elementary school located in 87, Myeon-ro, Myeon-ro, Gwangju Northern-gu.
