Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 100,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

On November 16, 2017, the Defendant operated a bpo-bpo-bpo-spe truck on the 18:27th day of 2017, and proceeded along the three-lane cultural shooting distance intersection from the angle to the west-west Highway along the three-lane distance, and the signal was changed to the stop signal, and one-way police officer responsible for traffic control, sent a signal to stop entering the intersection, thereby violating the signal.
