A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Punishment of the crime

On October 17, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment with prison labor for obstruction of performance of official duties, etc. at the Seoul Central District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence on April 21, 2014.

1. 3.
