1. The Plaintiff:

A. Defendant B indicated in the separate sheet No. 1 as indicated in the annexed sheet No. 2, 3, 6, 7, 8, 9, 9.

(1) The facts that the Plaintiff Union obtained authorization for the establishment of the Plaintiff Association on November 1, 2012 with the authorization on December 24, 2009, and that the head of Seodaemun-gu, the head of the competent Gu on March 24, 2016 approved the Plaintiff Association’s management and disposal plan and publicly notified the plan. ② The details of the attached Form 1 drawings are indicated in the attached Table 2, 3, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 2 among the land strata listed in the attached Table 1 list: (B) the portion of the real estate indicated in the attached Table 25.00 square meters among the land strata listed in the attached Table 4; and (3) the portion of the attached Table 2, 4, 6, 7, 8, and 300 square meters among the land strata listed in the attached Table 2, 300 square meters among the land strata listed in the attached Table 1 list; or (4) the portion indicated in the attached Table 2, 360, 27, 47, 2, and 47.

Judgment

According to the above facts, pursuant to Article 49(6) of the Act on the Maintenance and Improvement of Urban Areas and Dwelling Conditions for Residents, Defendant B is obligated to deliver each of the items listed in the annexed sheet No. 1 drawings No. 2, 3, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 2 of the annexed sheet No. 1 among the real estate strata listed in the annexed sheet No. 1, and Defendant C is obligated to deliver each of the items listed in the annexed sheet No. 2, 3, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 25.00 square meters of the leased deposit from the Plaintiff pursuant to Articles 44(1) and 49(6) of the Act on the Maintenance and Improvement of Urban Areas and Dwelling Conditions for Residents, while receiving the lease deposit of KRW 20,00,00 from the Plaintiff pursuant to Articles 44(1) and 49(6) of the same Act.

Defendant C seeks reimbursement of the cost of moving dwelling.
