Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Power] On January 6, 2020, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 7 million to the Changwon District Court for the crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act.
【Criminal Facts】
1. The Defendant in violation of the Road Traffic Act is a person engaged in driving a vehicle BK5.
On March 16, 2020, the Defendant driven the above vehicle while under the influence of alcohol 0.138% in blood alcohol level on March 16, 2020, and continued to drive it in front of Kim Sea C.
In this case, a person engaged in driving service has a duty of care to prevent accidents by accurately manipulating the steering gear and brakes.
