Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] On March 12, 2019, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a year for habitual special larceny in the Daejeon District Court’s red support. The above judgment became final and conclusive on June 28, 2019.

[Criminal facts]

1. The Defendant attempted to commit fraud, knowing that he had approximately KRW 32 million after cancelling the recent installment savings of the Victim C (85 tax, South Korea) with B, with the awareness of the fact that he had a high amount of money equivalent to approximately KRW 32 million, and attempted to acquire money by deceiving the victim into gambling.

Defendant B, in advance, shared each of the roles of Defendant B, including the following: (a) the Plaintiff, who was unaware of the foregoing fact, was frightened to frighten the body of the Plaintiff; and (b) B, by participating in the gambling board and making the number of persons available.

On February 25, 2019, from around 15:00 to 16:00 on the same day, the Defendant and B: (a) 3 points first, in the manner that: (b) a person was divided into seven parts from the guest room in Seocheon-gun, Seocheon-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, by a total of 48 sheets; and (c) a string "high saw" in the manner that a string is paid for 1,000 won per one point to the tension; (d) the Defendant and the Defendant got off the "rop" designated as narcotics (fence) by the Defendant’s pre-cepted string to the victim; and (e) the Defendants did not receive money from the victim by making the victim flick-gun, so that the Defendants lost their mind by making the victim flick-gun with his mind, thereby getting the victim to receive money; but (e) the string was not carried out for the purpose of the string.

2. Around 13:40 on February 25, 2019, the Defendant: (a) provided and received a set of a set of G Council member G in the west-gun F, Seocheon-gun, Seocheon-gun with a free set of charge from G Council member to G Council member H (rop) 28.
