For the reasons indicated in its holding, the lower court determined that the Defendants are liable to pay outstanding loans and delay damages insofar as the Defendants guaranteed the payment of the instant loans.

In light of the relevant legal principles and records, the above judgment of the court below is acceptable, and there is no error of misapprehending the legal principles as to the interpretation of a disposal document, the legal principles as to the interpretation of a contract, the legal principles as to mistake, the legal principles as to the interpretation of Article 485 of the Civil Act, the legal principles as to the good faith principle, or the legal principles as to damages for delay
