The judgment below

Examining the reasoning in light of the relevant legal principles and records, the lower court was justifiable to have determined that the agreement between the Plaintiffs and Defendant D was an agreement on the transfer of the instant shares to the Plaintiffs. In so doing, contrary to what is alleged in the grounds of appeal, the lower court did not err by exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence in violation of logical and empirical rules, or by misapprehending the legal principles on the probative value of the disposal document

Therefore, all appeals are dismissed, and the costs of appeal are assessed against the losing party. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
