A fine of three million won shall be imposed on a defendant.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one million won shall be the one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury) is a person who is engaged in driving of a motor vehicle from BAW lurd, and the Defendant driven the said motor vehicle with a alcohol content of 0.154% at around 19:05 on December 12, 2016, while under the influence of alcohol at around 0.154% during blood transfusion, while driving the said motor vehicle at around 0:154% on the two-lanes in front of the “D” located in Busan-gun C, and led the one-lane of the two-lanes in front of the “D” located
