Defendant

A leased 3 and 4 floors of the G Building in the Gyeongwon-si, Gyeongnam-si, and provided a room, 5 rooms, 1 room of the water surface, 1 room of the atmosphere, 1 room of the stud, and racker, who employed the female employees of the stude nationality, and then operated the H’s sexual traffic business establishment, Defendant B would receive monthly salary of 4 million won from Defendant A at the said commercial sex business establishment, and worked as the head of the office, and Defendant A would manage the said commercial sex business establishment as a whole, such as settlement of profits, and Defendant B would like to provide guidance to customers who find out of the said commercial sex business establishment and receive the price of commercial sex.

On August 9, 2017, at around 20:45, the Defendants conspired to receive 1.30,000 won for sexual traffic from customers who found the place at the above sexual traffic business establishment, and had I, the female employees, sexual intercourse with the above customers, as well as arranging sexual traffic by having four customers, who received the price for sexual traffic from the above sexual traffic business establishment from February 2, 2017 to August 9, 2017, by allowing them to have sexual intercourse with the above customers.
