Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person operating “C”, who is an intermediate waste recycling company in Kim Sea-si B.

Every waste treatment business entity shall keep wastes in storage facilities within the permitted place of business, temporary storage facilities approved, or other appropriate places, as prescribed by Ordinance of the Ministry of Environment.

From March 1, 2019 to April 1, 2019, the Defendant kept approximately KRW 305 cubic meters of waste synthetic resin, which is a waste, in the state of being entrusted by the discharger to a place other than storage facilities in the permitted place of business at the above C, from March 1, 2019.

In addition, even in 2017, even though the defendant had been punished for the same crime, he again committed the case.

However, the Defendant recognized the crime of this case and its liability.

There is no concern that the immediate disposal of wastes and the correction of violations was made, and the current business is likely to repeat the same mistake by closing the business.

In addition, the punishment shall be determined as per Disposition by comprehensively taking into account the defendant's age, character and conduct, the details and circumstances of the crime in this case, and the circumstances after the crime.
