A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and four months.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant in violation of the Wastes Control Act is the representative of the intermediate waste recycling company (State)C established for the purpose of treating and recycling waste synthetic resin wastes in Jincheon-gun, Jincheon-gun.

A waste disposal business operator shall store wastes in an appropriate place, such as storage facilities, temporary storage facilities, etc. in his/her place of business, and shall not store wastes in excess of the quantity or period prescribed by the Enforcement Rules of the Wastes Control Act

Nevertheless, the Defendant (State) brought a large quantity of waste stored in 1,200 tons, and the number of days of storage is 25 days, brought in large quantities of waste synthetic resin waste exceeding 10 times the permissible storage quantity, put them out, sold, did not properly dispose of it, and did not neglect it in the public place of business to acquire profits.

From early 2018 to February 18, 2020, the Defendant stored waste of approximately 11,609 tons of waste vinyl, waste plastics, etc. in a place of business in excess of 1,200 tons, which is permissible to be stored in the said state (C) factory.

B. The Defendant stored waste storage outside the permitted place from the beginning of 2018 to February 18, 2020, with a total of about 10,409 tons of industrial waste stored in the said state’s official box, rather than a storage warehouse permitted from the beginning of 2018 to the day of February 18, 202.

C. From the beginning of 2018 to February 18, 2020, the Defendant stored waste storage in a warehouse and a factory in excess of 11,609 tons of business site wastes brought into the said State as described in the preceding paragraph, and 25 days of the permitted storage period. D.

If a waste disposal business entity not implementing a waste disposal order keeps wastes in excess of the storage facilities in the permitted place of business or the permitted storage quantity or storage period, the Mayor/Do Governor shall issue an order to dispose of the wastes in custody for a specified period, and the business entity so ordered shall do so.
