Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On May 18, 2015, at around 12:00, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft of the market price owned by the victim G (or any woman, 48 years old) who resides in the same Ba on the Bara on the Bara rooftop, in which the Defendant, located in Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, was located; (b) one steel plate used by the Gu and four plastic chairs.
