A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Intrusion upon residence;

A. On October 23, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 23:30 on October 23, 2015, the victim E (n.e., 28 years of age) prepared a shower box in the same Dtel 4 located on the flap of the Seoul Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City C Building; and (b) when the victim divings the boiler valve of the officetel where the victim is living out of the toilet in the state of a shower box, the victim stolen the body body of the victim from the flap rooftop; (c) taken the 4th floor of the flap rooftop; (d) confirmed the flap of the victim’s residence through the front door of the 1st floor of the flap; and (e) confirmed the flap of the flap; and (e) invaded the victim’s dwelling and peace in the victim’s residence.

B. On August 8, 2016, at around 23:19, the Defendant: (a) reported that the victim was prepared to shower the victim’s body within 4 units of the victim’s officetels residing in the preceding paragraph with the civilian retail and panty only; (b) stolen the victim’s body in the same manner as indicated in the preceding paragraph; and (c) invaded the victim’s residence through the front door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door of the victim’s residence, thereby impairing the victim’s peace of residence.

2. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Kameras and photographing);

A. On October 23, 2015, between 23:00 and 23:30 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) held that the victim E (n.e., female, 28 years old) was prepared for a shower with a shower in the same Gu’s Dtel 4 located on the roof of the building in Gwangjin-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, with a view to making preparations for a shower with a civilian retail and panpanty only; and (b) taken a video picture for about 20 seconds against the Defendant’s will.

B. From August 8, 2016 to around 23:00 on the same day, the Defendant suffered civil retail and panty in the rooftop of the building mentioned in the preceding paragraph from around 23:19 on the same day.
