A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant is a person elected as the head of the D fishing village fraternity located in Seocheon-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-do around April 30, 209.
1. On June 3, 2009, the Defendant was selected by D fishing village fraternity (hereinafter “fishing village fraternity”) as a subsidized business operator eligible to receive subsidies of KRW 12 million from the E Support Project in 2009 (hereinafter “Business”) in 2009, and purchased and distributed the brin, but was refused to receive subsidies on the ground that the spread of the brine is not less than 3 cc of the 200-meters that do not constitute the brine, the Defendant was willing to receive subsidies on the ground that the brine was not the 3rd or more meters of the 2010 Fests of the fishing village fraternity.

2. On February 2, 2010, the Defendant violated the Act on the Budgeting and Management of Subsidies and Subsidies was selected by the fishing village fraternity from the Seocheon-gun Office as an “An excellent community in support of the J Project Funds in 2010” and was KRW 100 million.
