Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall cover a registration number plate or make it illegible, and shall operate such a motor vehicle.

Nevertheless, on January 1, 2017, the Defendant, at the parking lot for the C Partnership Office located in Gwangju Mine-gu, Gwangju, posted 4.5 tons of cargo vehicles in front and rear the d 4.5 tons of cargo vehicles and posted 9 air conditioners to the front and rear, and thereafter, it is difficult to distinguish the registration number plates at night by driving on an expressway until April 11, 2018.
