The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. On April 20, 2016, the Defendant assaulted the victim less than the back of the instant charges on the ground that, while working in combination with the victim D (the age of 62) on the second underground floor B in Yongsan-gu, Yongsan-gu, Yongsan-gu, U.S.A. on the ground that “Ado fin fin fin fin fin fin fin fin fin fes.”

2. Determination

(a) Crimes of non-compliance with will: Article 260 (3) of the Criminal Act;

B. The Defendant was not subject to punishment: on March 8, 2019, after the instant indictment, the victim expressed his/her intent not to have the Defendant punished.

(c) Judgment dismissing public prosecution: Article 327 subparagraph 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act;
