1. Basic facts
A. The Defendant was convicted of one year of imprisonment with prison labor for the following facts constituting the crime, and the Defendant appealed and sentenced to six months of imprisonment on the ground of unfair sentencing (the same court 2016No3129) and was convicted of the facts constituting the crime (the above court 2016No3129). The above appellate judgment became final and conclusive.
around August 2010, the Defendant conspired with C, D, E, and F, an accomplice, induced the Plaintiff to gamble with the Defendant and the rest of his accomplices, and the facts are as follows: (a) the Defendant attempted to gamble by using the so-called “Lez card” with a mark indicating the number of card as a special substance on the back of the card, while gambling by deceiving the victim with a normal card; and (b) as if he gambling by using the normal card, the Defendant conspiredd with the victim to receive money from the victim.
From August 23, 2010 to 02:00 on the following day, the Defendant and the other accomplices deceiving the victim from the above container to take money and replace their card units with the victim.
