A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On April 7, 2016, the Defendant driving a C dump truck, which is a dangerous object at around 12:18 on April 7, 2016, and proceeds along the two lanes between the four-lanes of the roads in Seoul Central-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.

During the course of bypassing to the private home station, the victim E (the 56-year-old) who followed the course from the four-lane to the direction of his own way, and was frightened by using a balke in front of the victim's vehicle.

The Defendant, while proceeding along the first lane, changed the vehicle from the victim's vehicle in the middle of the two lanes, followed the two-lanes, followed the two-lanes, followed by the victim's vehicle, followed the above act again.
